Shipping Terms and Conditions

BimbiVip Srl ships all over the world through the BRT, DHL and GLS couriers.

AVAILABLE ITEMS:

The items are shipped in 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order if paid by Paypal or credit card. In case of payment by bank transfer the goods will be sent after the actual receipt of payment on our account.

 

Estimated time for delivery from shipping date:

USA and Canada: 1-3 working days depending on the destination

Europe - European Union - Express shipping: 1-2 working days for main destinations / 2-3 working days for remote destinations

Europe - Extra European Union - Express shipping: 1-2 working days for main destinations / 2-3 working days for remote destinations

Latin America: 3-4 working days

Asia and the Middle East: 2-3 working days

Australia and Oceania: 2-3 working days for main destinations / 4-5 working days for remote destinations

Africa: 2-4 working days

Russian Federation: 3-4 working days (DHL) / about 15 working days (EMS Russian Post)

BimbiVip is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or for reasons of force majeure beyond the control of BimbiVip.

Traceability of the shipment

When the order is sent, customers receive an e-mail from info@bimbivip.com

 with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by the BimbiVip Customer Service

SHIPPING> DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. The BimbiVip packs are carefully packed in a transparent plastic wrap with adhesive tape, placed around the packaging.

If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact BimbiVip Srl at info@bimbivip.com. If the the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing, the packaging must be kept for further checks.

Any dispute regarding damages, faults or delivery to the wrong address must be received by BimbiVip Srl within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with BimbiVip Srl and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, always absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the reimbursement due to the customer.
