If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned for change of size / color, or coupon within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
1. To request a return authorization it is necessary to send an email to email@example.com with all the details and codes of the items that have been unsuccessful or to be returned.
2. The return shipment made with the courier will be charged to the customer.
3. The return shipment must take place within 15 days from receipt of the order.
There are 2 types of compensation available:
1. Change of measurement / color
It is possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new requested item can be returned following the same procedure.
As soon as the return is received and processed, a coupon code will be sent to the customer for the total value of the returned items, to be used for subsequent purchases. If shipping costs have been incurred, this amount will not be included in the Coupon .:
3. The coupon:
· it can be used only once within 3 months from the moment of return;
· it can not be combined with other Coupons;
· it must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The safety thread on the returned items must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any sign of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
• Each garment must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, clothing covers etc.) received with the order.
• All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all effects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.
• Products must be returned in original packaging with the original accessories, components and illustrative materials. They will also have to be packaged appropriately, in the same way they were received ..
However, BimbiVip srl has the right to accept the withdrawal request if at its sole discretion it deems it appropriate for justified reasons.
• Returns must be sent preferably inside the box / envelope BIMBIVIP.COM.
• In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by BIMBIVIP.COM, it is required to follow the same instructions above. BIMBIVIP.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the costs of shipping for the return of the goods at their premises.
• The returns authorized by BimbiVip srl must be sent from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
• BimbiVip srl also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or in any case not compliant with all the foreseen conditions.
In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
Any acceptance of these returns, however, involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
